Zusammenfassung

Those data correspond to the measurements of the phenotype signatures of Pocillopora colonies collected through 30 Pacific Islands. More precisely, six different biomarkers have been measured for each colony: Animal biomass, Symbiont biomass (normalized by milligram of protein and by centimeter squared), protein carbonylation, total antioxydant capacity, total carbohydrate content and mitochondrial DNA copy number.
