Data on mummification location for Aphis fabae infected with Aphelinus chaonia and Lysiphlebus fabarum and the effect of A. chaonia mummy location on mummy survival and susceptibility to hyperparasitoids from lab and field experiments. Data is contained within the following files: Exp1_postion.txt: Data from an experiment to test the effect of A. chaonia and L. fabarum on mummification location Exp2_lab.txt: Data from an experiment testing the effect of A. chaonia mummy location on hyperparasitism rates in the lab Exp3_field.txt: Data from an experiment testing the effect of A. chaonia mummy location on mummy survival and hyperparasitism rates in the field Please see readme.txt for further details on each file. Code with which this data was analysed is contained in Analysis6_clean1x.Rmd. Analysis was conducted in R and R studio.
