Zusammenfassung
The supplementary information contained here refers to an article published in ALTEX in 2026 with first Author M. Luijten and last author M. Leist Data files are given for Annexes I-III for the study “Hazard assessment of the agrochemical contaminant desnitro-imidacloprid (DN-IMI) for developmental neurotoxicity (DNT)” The study has been entered into the ASPA-assist V2.1 platform Information was entered in ASPA-assist, with the objective to showcase the workflow, and to exemplify relevant uses of data and approaches. Completeness in a technical, regulatory and scientific sense was not a goal. Conclusive coverage of all aspects has been actively avoided to limit the size of the document and to facilitate an easy overview. Desnitro-imidacloprid (DN-IMI) was used as query compound to showcase the workflow designed for an ab initio next-generation risk assessment (NGRA). The problem formulation specified as data gap to be addressed: developmental neurotoxicity (DNT) for consumers exposed via contaminated food. The exposure calculations were anchored to data on food residue levels available for the parent compound imidacloprid.
