| dc.description.abstract | Label-free microscopy techniques are important bioimaging tools. In this contribution, an overview of Coherent Anti-Stokes Raman Scattering (CARS) microscopy is given. CARS microscopy is a non-linear optical microscopy technique, which gives molecular specific contrast without labeling. Different methods are described and recent applications are presented. | eng |
