Zusammenfassung
The paper deals with recent developments regarding social dialogue at EU level that have not gained much attention so far. The main phases of EU social dialogue are regarded the Val-Duchesse-dialogues (since 1985), the phase of negotiated legislation in the 1990s, and the most recent phase since 2001, so-called autonomous social dialogue .
