| kops.description.abstract | In exchange reaction studies of the [Fe(Dipy)<sub>3</sub>]<sup>2+</sup> complex it was found that the rate of racemization is greater than the rate of dissoziation. This fact suggests racemization through intramolecular rearrangement. Such a reaction can be regarded as a model for an enzymesubstrate-reaction taking place in the coordination-sphere of a metallion. | eng |
