dc.description.abstractWith the third volume of the International Journal of Internet Science the journal impact factor can now be estimated with increased reliability. For 2008 it will be at 1.64 or higher, based on estimates from citations to the 2006 articles it could turn out as high as 2.83. International Journal of Internet Science's immediacy (2006: 1.17; 2007: 0.71) is unmatched by direct competitors, and even by prestigious journals like the Journal of Personality and Social Psychology (0.40).eng
