| dc.description.abstract | A systematic literature search was conducted according to the PRISMA criteria on the relationship between clinically relevant forms of paranoid ideation (here: paranoid personality disorder and pathological phenomena in the context of schizophreniform disorders) and anger, aggression and violent behaviour. The search was conducted in the literature databases PsycInfo and PSYNDEX, and the search period covered the past twenty years from 2000 to 2020. A total of 33 primary studies and two reviews were identified. Clear evidence was found for a significant association of clinically relevant forms of paranoia with anger, aggression and violence. The findings are classified and evaluated against the background of their clinical significance and limitations. | deu |

| kops.description.abstract | Es wurde eine systematische Literaturrecherche nach den PRISMA-Kriterien zum Zusammenhang klinisch relevanter Ausprägungsformen paranoider Ideation (hier: der paranoiden Persönlichkeitsstörung und pathologischen Phänomenen im Rahmen schizophreniformer Erkrankungen) und Ärger, Aggression und Gewalt durchgeführt. Die Recherche erfolgte in den Literaturdatenbanken PsycInfo und PSYNDEX, der Recherchezeitraum umfasste die vergangenen zwanzig Jahre von 2000 bis einschließlich 2020. Insgesamt wurden 33 Primärstudien und zwei Übersichtsarbeiten identifiziert. Es zeigte sich klare Evidenz für einen bedeutsamen Zusammenhang von klinisch relevanten Formen der Paranoia mit Ärger, Aggression und Gewalt. Die Befunde werden vor dem Hintergrund ihrer klinischen Bedeutung und Limitationen eingeordnet und bewertet. | deu |
