Zusammenfassung
Then, in this writing I try to clarify if Hobbes, is Absolutista or rather he is Liberal, or he represents a convergence between both positions; For that reason through different passages from the Leviatán I try to explain this question. However, I will expose 4 arguments of the problem: the 1) the absolutist character of Hobbes, 2) first argument of liberalism: the defense and impulse of the individual liberties, 3) second argument of liberalism: a right exists that cannot be yielded or give in, 4) third argument of liberalism: the State cannot regulate it everything, only the security of not having a foreign war and soon I will finalize with small conclusions on the saying, of such form that these reunite the proposed thing in this writing.
