Zusammenfassung

We demonstrate the functioning of a new scheme for two-dimensional IR spectroscopy in the partially collinear pump-probe geometry. With birefringent wedges, we can generate and delay a pair of pump pulses locked in phase which was already demonstrated by Brida et al. (Opt Lett 37:3027, 2012). For a proof-of-principle demonstration we use lithium niobate, which allows operation up to 5 μm.
