Zusammenfassung
This data package is part of the parent data package “Datasets for “Penetration Coefficients of Commercial Nanolimes and a Liquid Mineral Precursor into Pore-Imitating Test Systems”” (DOI 10.48606/49) belonging to the open access journal publication “Penetration Coefficients of Commercial Nanolimes and a Liquid Mineral Precursor into Pore-Imitating Test Systems - Predictability of Infiltration Behavior", which was published in MDPI Materials in 2023 (DOI 10.3390/ma16062506). It contains all data related to the infiltration of water, ethanol, iso-propanol, four different commercial nanolime formulations, and a liquid mineral precursor based on complex coacervation into polymethylmethacrylate (PMMA) microfluidic devices. In particular, original light microcopy infiltration time series data in .czi file format, as well as videos of the infiltrations as .avi files, and .csv files of the meniscus position vs. time data extracted from the .czi files using ImageJ (FIJI; Schindelin, J., Arganda-Carreras, I., Frise, E. et al. Fiji: an open-source platform for biological-image analysis. Nat Methods 9, 676–682 (2012), DOI 10.1038/nmeth.2019) and an ImageJ (FIJI) Makro provided by the Bio-Imaging Center of the University of Konstanz (Stöckl, M.T. Liquid Meniscus Tracking ImageJ Macro. Zenodo 2022, DOI 10.5281/zenodo.6385179). Please see the readme file for more details.
