Depositions were carried out at 300 °C on r-sapphire substrates. Films structure and composition were investigated by XRD, XPS and EDX measurements. Magnetic properties were examined using SQUID and Kerr effect measurements. All samples showed ferromagnetic behavior at room temperature.
