This method of growth yields high-quality material and due to the low-temperature deposition it enables integration of CMT in optoelectronic systems. A disk-shaped sensor structure of diameter and thickness less than 3 mm and µm, respectively, is incorporated in a fiber optic system. A linear response of the sensor held at room temperature has been measured in the magnetic field up to 0.8 T; however, its usefulness for measurements of the field above 25 T is expected. Due to its small physical dimension and the potential of high-speed operation in the gigahertz range, the sensor can be particularly useful in the measurements of spatial and temporal uniformity of the magnetic field</dcterms:abstract> <dcterms:title>Fiber optic CdMnTe magnetic field sensor made by the laser ablation deposition technique</dcterms:title> <void:sparqlEndpoint rdf:resource="http://localhost/fuseki/dspace/sparql"/> <dc:rights>terms-of-use</dc:rights> <dcterms:available rdf:datatype="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema#dateTime">2011-03-22T17:52:22Z</dcterms:available> <dcterms:isPartOf rdf:resource="https://kops.uni-konstanz.de/rdf/resource/123456789/41"/> <foaf:homepage rdf:resource="http://localhost:8080/jspui"/> <dc:date rdf:datatype="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema#dateTime">2011-03-22T17:52:22Z</dc:date> <dcterms:rights rdf:resource="https://kops.uni-konstanz.de/page/termsofuse"/> <dc:contributor>Dubowski, Jan J.</dc:contributor> <dc:creator>Lebecki, Krzysztof M.</dc:creator> <dcterms:bibliographicCitation>Publ. in: IEEE transactions on instrumentation and measurement 43 (1994), 2, pp. 322 - 325</dcterms:bibliographicCitation> <bibo:uri rdf:resource="http://kops.uni-konstanz.de/handle/123456789/941"/> <dc:creator>Dubowski, Jan J.</dc:creator> <dcterms:issued>1994</dcterms:issued> <dc:contributor>Lebecki, Krzysztof M.</dc:contributor> <dc:contributor>Buchanan, M.</dc:contributor> <dspace:isPartOfCollection rdf:resource="https://kops.uni-konstanz.de/rdf/resource/123456789/41"/> <dc:creator>Buchanan, M.</dc:creator> <dc:language>eng</dc:language> </rdf:Description> </rdf:RDF>
