The frequency spectrum of the oscillation can be tuned by the injected current density and additionally by the application of an external magnetic field. Our analytical calculations are supported by micromagnetic simulations based on the Landau-Lifshitz-Gilbert equation. The simple concept of our localized steady-state oscillator might prove useful as a nanoscale microwave generator with possible applications in telecommunications or for rf-assisted writing in magnetic hard drives.</dcterms:abstract> <dc:contributor>Kläui, Mathias</dc:contributor> <dcterms:bibliographicCitation>First publ. in: Applied Physics Letters 95 (2009), 16, 162504</dcterms:bibliographicCitation> <foaf:homepage rdf:resource="http://localhost:8080/jspui"/> <dspace:hasBitstream rdf:resource="https://kops.uni-konstanz.de/bitstream/123456789/844/1/2009_ApplPhysLett_Tunable_neugescannt.pdf"/> <dc:rights>terms-of-use</dc:rights> <dcterms:hasPart rdf:resource="https://kops.uni-konstanz.de/bitstream/123456789/844/1/2009_ApplPhysLett_Tunable_neugescannt.pdf"/> <dc:date rdf:datatype="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema#dateTime">2011-03-22T17:51:27Z</dc:date> <dcterms:isPartOf rdf:resource="https://kops.uni-konstanz.de/rdf/resource/123456789/52"/> <dc:language>eng</dc:language> <dspace:isPartOfCollection rdf:resource="https://kops.uni-konstanz.de/rdf/resource/123456789/41"/> <dcterms:rights rdf:resource="https://rightsstatements.org/page/InC/1.0/"/> <dc:contributor>Boulle, Olivier</dc:contributor> <dc:creator>Heyne, Lutz</dc:creator> <dc:creator>Boulle, Olivier</dc:creator> <dc:creator>Kläui, Mathias</dc:creator> <dcterms:title>Tunable steady-state domain wall oscillator with perpendicular magnetic anisotropy</dcterms:title> <dcterms:isPartOf rdf:resource="https://kops.uni-konstanz.de/rdf/resource/123456789/41"/> <dc:creator>Bisig, André</dc:creator> <dcterms:issued>2009</dcterms:issued> <dc:format>application/pdf</dc:format> <dc:contributor>Heyne, Lutz</dc:contributor> </rdf:Description> </rdf:RDF>
