Exploiting the entropy dissipation methode, we prove the exponential stability of the thermal equilibrium state in 1, 2, and 3 dimensions, provided that the domain is a box. Further, we show the local in time existence of a solution in the one dimensional case; and in the case of higher dimensions under the assumption of periodic boundary conditions. Finally, we discuss the semiclassical limit.</dcterms:abstract> <dcterms:issued>2006</dcterms:issued> <void:sparqlEndpoint rdf:resource="http://localhost/fuseki/dspace/sparql"/> <dc:rights>terms-of-use</dc:rights> <bibo:uri rdf:resource="http://kops.uni-konstanz.de/handle/123456789/520"/> <dc:contributor>Dreher, Michael</dc:contributor> <dc:contributor>Chen, Li</dc:contributor> <dc:language>eng</dc:language> <dc:date rdf:datatype="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema#dateTime">2011-03-22T17:44:54Z</dc:date> <foaf:homepage rdf:resource="http://localhost:8080/jspui"/> <dcterms:rights rdf:resource="https://rightsstatements.org/page/InC/1.0/"/> </rdf:Description> </rdf:RDF>
