Anpassungsleistung und Täuschung in der forensischen Therapie : Grundlagen und Differenzierung

Der Begriff der Anpassungsleistung wird im Rahmen forensischer Behandlungen häufig in einem negativen Sinne verwendet und soll Verläufe beschreiben, die lediglich fassadär und nicht vertrauenswürdig sind. Dies wird häufig als eine „bloße Anpassungsleitung“ gelabelt, was implizieren soll, dass es sich nicht um eine echte Entwicklung handelt und somit eine gefährliche Entwicklung im Raume steht. In dem Artikel wird herausgearbeitet, dass ein Anpassungsprozess als grundlegende Entwicklungsleistung nicht per se in einem negativen Zusammenhang bewertet werden muss bzw. sollte. Es werden Leitfragen zur Beurteilung einer Anpassungsleistung als auch eine Typologie der Anpassungsleistung vorgeschlagen und die Anpassungsleistung von dem Begriff der Täuschung abgegrenzt.

The term adaptation is often used in forensic interventions in a negative sense to describe courses of treatment without a real modification of thinking and behavior. In many cases adaptation means only a superficial problem adaptation with a risky process. This article describes and explains that in many cases adaptation can be a fundamental performance of development in a positive sense.
Finally, key questions for the assessment of different adaptations and a typology of adaptations are presented. Additionally, the difference between a positive or rather desirable adaptation and deception will be defined. |
