But T cell migration and activation also take place in distinct mechanical environments and lead to drastic morphological changes and reorganization of the acto-myosin cytoskeleton. In this review we discuss how adhesion proteins and the T cell receptor act as mechanosensors to translate these mechanical contexts into signaling events. We further discuss how cell tension could bring a significant contribution to the regulation of T cell signaling and function.</dcterms:abstract> <dcterms:issued>2018-11-15</dcterms:issued> <dspace:hasBitstream rdf:resource=""/> <dc:contributor>Laufer, Julia M.</dc:contributor> <dcterms:available rdf:datatype="">2018-11-28T13:10:04Z</dcterms:available> <dc:creator>Laufer, Julia M.</dc:creator> <dc:creator>Rossy, Jérémie</dc:creator> <dc:creator>Legler, Daniel F.</dc:creator> <dc:contributor>Legler, Daniel F.</dc:contributor> <foaf:homepage rdf:resource="http://localhost:8080/jspui"/> <dc:rights>terms-of-use</dc:rights> <dc:contributor>Rossy, Jérémie</dc:contributor> <dcterms:title>Role of Mechanotransduction and Tension in T Cell Function</dcterms:title> <dc:date rdf:datatype="">2018-11-28T13:10:04Z</dc:date> <dcterms:isPartOf rdf:resource=""/> <void:sparqlEndpoint rdf:resource="http://localhost/fuseki/dspace/sparql"/> <bibo:uri rdf:resource=""/> <dcterms:rights rdf:resource=""/> <dspace:isPartOfCollection rdf:resource=""/> <dc:language>eng</dc:language> <dcterms:hasPart rdf:resource=""/> </rdf:Description> </rdf:RDF>
