Here we provide a topological model of CCR7, which belongs to the class A of G-protein coupled, seven-transmembrane spanning receptors, and describe how CCR7 expression is regulated. We focus on its role in cancer cell migration and metastasis formation and discuss how cancer cells can utilize CCR7 or its ligands to escape from immune surveillance.</dcterms:abstract> <dcterms:rights rdf:resource="http://nbn-resolving.de/urn:nbn:de:bsz:352-20150914100631302-4485392-8"/> <dc:contributor>Uetz-von Allmen, Edith</dc:contributor> <bibo:uri rdf:resource="http://kops.uni-konstanz.de/handle/123456789/29330"/> </rdf:Description> </rdf:RDF>
