The empirical application focuses on a sample collected during field research in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. Bayesian analyses show that the ways in which fighters are recruited and the amount of training and promotion they receive have a significant, reliable effect on the level of affective organizational commitment showed by the fighters.</dcterms:abstract> <dspace:isPartOfCollection rdf:resource=""/> <dcterms:title>Commitment among Fighters : A Research Note</dcterms:title> <dc:rights>terms-of-use</dc:rights> <dcterms:issued>2011</dcterms:issued> <foaf:homepage rdf:resource="http://localhost:8080/jspui"/> <dcterms:isPartOf rdf:resource=""/> <dc:creator>Haer, Roos</dc:creator> <dc:contributor>Haer, Roos</dc:contributor> <dc:date rdf:datatype="">2014-02-11T14:51:22Z</dc:date> <dcterms:rights rdf:resource=""/> <dcterms:available rdf:datatype="">2014-02-11T14:51:22Z</dcterms:available> <bibo:uri rdf:resource=""/> <dcterms:bibliographicCitation>Peace Economics, Peace Science and Public Policy ; 17 (2011), 1. - Art. 6</dcterms:bibliographicCitation> </rdf:Description> </rdf:RDF>
