The incorporation of these subunits is required for the production of numerous MHC class-I restricted T cell epitopes. Recently, new evidence for an involvement of the immunoproteasome in other facets of the immune response emerged. Investigations of autoimmune diseases in animal models and a genetic predisposition of b5i in human autoimmune disorders suggest a crucial function of the immunoproteasome in proinflammatory diseases. The recent elucidation of the high-resolution structure of the immunoproteasome will facilitate the design of immunoproteasome selective inhibitors for pharmacological intervention.</dcterms:abstract> <foaf:homepage rdf:resource="http://localhost:8080/jspui"/> <dc:rights>terms-of-use</dc:rights> <dcterms:available rdf:datatype="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema#dateTime">2013-03-12T10:26:50Z</dcterms:available> <dc:contributor>Gröttrup, Marcus</dc:contributor> <dc:creator>Kirk, Christopher J.</dc:creator> <dcterms:bibliographicCitation>Current Opinion in Immunology ; 25 (2013), 1. - S. 74-80</dcterms:bibliographicCitation> <dc:creator>Gröttrup, Marcus</dc:creator> <bibo:uri rdf:resource="http://kops.uni-konstanz.de/handle/123456789/21986"/> <dc:date rdf:datatype="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema#dateTime">2013-03-12T10:26:50Z</dc:date> <dcterms:hasPart rdf:resource="https://kops.uni-konstanz.de/bitstream/123456789/21986/2/Basler_219861.pdf"/> <dcterms:isPartOf rdf:resource="https://kops.uni-konstanz.de/rdf/resource/123456789/28"/> <void:sparqlEndpoint rdf:resource="http://localhost/fuseki/dspace/sparql"/> <dspace:isPartOfCollection rdf:resource="https://kops.uni-konstanz.de/rdf/resource/123456789/28"/> <dc:creator>Basler, Michael</dc:creator> <dcterms:issued>2013-02</dcterms:issued> <dspace:hasBitstream rdf:resource="https://kops.uni-konstanz.de/bitstream/123456789/21986/2/Basler_219861.pdf"/> <dcterms:title>The immunoproteasome in antigen processing and other immunological functions</dcterms:title> <dc:contributor>Basler, Michael</dc:contributor> <dc:language>eng</dc:language> </rdf:Description> </rdf:RDF>
