Drivers of actor participation on the regional level are often linked to legal and normative requirements regarding the partnership principle. However, we conclude that Europeanization is far from being a straightforward process. The transformation of established vertical power relations within the political system as well as state-society relations at the national and sub-national level in accordance with the partnership principle are mediated by domestic and regional factors – including given responsibilities and administrative capabilities of regional government.</dcterms:abstract> <bibo:uri rdf:resource="http://kops.uni-konstanz.de/handle/123456789/17798"/> <dcterms:available rdf:datatype="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema#dateTime">2012-01-31T10:30:30Z</dcterms:available> <dc:date rdf:datatype="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema#dateTime">2012-01-31T10:30:30Z</dc:date> <dcterms:title>Regional actor constellations in EU cohesion policy: differentiation along the policy cycle</dcterms:title> <dcterms:rights rdf:resource="http://nbn-resolving.org/urn:nbn:de:bsz:352-20140905103605204-4002607-1"/> <dc:rights>deposit-license</dc:rights> <dcterms:issued>2011</dcterms:issued> <dc:language>eng</dc:language> <dc:contributor>Heinelt, Hubert</dc:contributor> <dc:creator>Lang, Achim</dc:creator> </rdf:Description> </rdf:RDF>
