English-Canadian and French-Canadian literary production is analyzed in its differences but also regarding mutual references and influences. Going beyond the traditional English-Canadian and French-Canadian canon, the volume also explores the country's great cultural diversity as manifesting itself in a fascinating literary production by Canadian authors of various cultural backgrounds and ethnicities. CanLit thus emerges as an expression of the multivocal cultural memory of a genuinely multicultural nation.</dcterms:abstract> <dc:date rdf:datatype="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema#dateTime">2011-12-21T15:08:14Z</dc:date> <foaf:homepage rdf:resource="http://localhost:8080/jspui"/> </rdf:Description> </rdf:RDF>
