Abstract

Families are in many ways subject of legal regulations. The deep interdepencence between family and law is is often neglected in everyday life, but it becomes visible in conflicts. Legal perspectives should be more intensively integrated in family sociology. This is obvious with regard to the social dynamics which require the permanent invention and modification of legal regulation. The background for this regulation is displayed from the perspective of family sociology. Finally, jurisprudence as well as the social sciences strive for knowledge about the regulation of reliable relationships.

Familien sind stets auch Gegenstand rechtlicher Regulierungen. Das fällt im Alltag kaum auf, wenn es jedoch zu Konflikten kommt, wird die tiefgreifende Wechselwirkung zwischen Recht und Familie sichtbar. Eine stärkere Einbindung rechtlicher Perspektiven in die Familiensoziologie ist deswegen wünschenswert. Das gilt gerade angesichts der vielfältigen gesellschaftlichen Dynamik der Gegenwart, welche eine permanente Neuformulierung oder Anpassung rechtlicher Regelungen erforderlich macht. Die familiensoziologischen Hintergründe für solche Regelungen werden dargestellt. Letztlich geht es sowohl in der rechtlichen als auch in der sozialwissenschaftlichen Perspektive darum, die Regelung verlässlicher Beziehungen zu erfassen.
