Emotional-motivational factors, which, for a long time, have been neglected, seem to be indispensable to successful learning processes in the domaines of engineering, economy, and society. The importance of emotions, in particular. has not been discussed sufficiently, findings of brain research have not been considered adequately. Emotional processes play a fundamental role in the controlling of cognitive processes of action-regulation. In order to take into account the inseparability of emotional and motivational processes, the authors draw on the construct of emotional states. They discuss the significance of this construct regarding processes of teaching and learning in institutions of vocational education.
Zusammenfassung in einer weiteren Sprache
Unabdingbar für erfolgreiche Lernprozesse in den Domänen Technik, Wirtschaft und Gesellschaft sind die lange Zeit nicht hinlänglich berücksichtigten emotional-motivationalen Faktoren. Insbesondere die Bedeutung von Emotionen wurde nicht in der gebotenen Tiefe diskutiert, Befunde der Hirnforschung nicht hinlänglich rezipiert. Emotionale Prozesse sind an der Steuerung kognitiver Handlungsregulations-Prozesse fundamental beteiligt. Um der Untrennbarkeit von emotionalen und motivationalen Prozessen Rechnung zu tragen, greifen wir auf das Konstrukt der Emotionalen Befindlichkeit zurück. Im vorliegenden Beitrag diskutieren wir die Bedeutung dieses Konstrukts bezogen auf berufsschulische und betriebliche Lehr-Lern-Prozesse.
