| dc.description.abstract | The present work deals with the application of modern communication technology in the civil procedure law. In the first chapter the function of specific communication technology is explained and the equivalence of electronic signatures with the conventional written signature is scrutinized. The second chapter treats the file of pleadings and other writings to the court. In the third chapter the author suggests an system for electronic payment of the advance on court fees similar to the conventional stamps-system at German courts. The fourth chapter deals with the service. The treatment of electronic documents as a judicial evidence is examined in the fifth chapter. The sixth chapter devotes on the video conference technology. The seventh chapter analyses the formalities and the proceedings of court decisions and the possibility of the use of modern technology. Chapter eight deals with the questions of the international civil procedure. | eng |

| kops.description.abstract | Die Arbeit behandelt Fragen bei der Anwendung moderner Kommunikationstechnologie im Zivilverfahren. Im ersten Kapitel wird die Funktionsweise bestimmter Kommunikationstechnologien erläutert und die Gleichwertigkeit der elektronischen Signatur mit der herkömmlichen Schriftform geprüft. Kapitel zwei behandelt die Einreichung von Schriftsätzen und anderen Schriftstücken bei Gericht. Im dritten Kapitel schlägt die Verfasserin ein an die Gerichtskostenmarken angelehntes System zur elektronischen Zahlung des Gerichtskostenvorschusses vor. Das vierte Kapitel beschäftigt sich mit der Zustellung. Das fünfte Kapitel geht auf die beweisrechtliche Behandlung elektronischer Dokumente ein, während das sechste Kapitel sich der Videokonferenztechnik widmet. Kapitel sieben geht auf Form und Verfahren von Gerichtsentscheidungen und die Möglichkeit der dortigen Verwendung von moderner Kommunikationstechnologie ein. Kapitel acht behandelt Fragen des internationalen Zivilverfahrens. | deu |
