Zusammenfassung

A question important to understanding the complex interplay between rost fungi und their hosts are which gener or gene products are regulated so that the pathogen can invade the mesophyll of the leaf und breach the plant cell wall without destroying cell integrity and without triggering plant defense reactions. To answer this question, a specific and general approach have been taken.
