Zusammenfassung
In the following article self-regulated learning and self-organised learning will be discussed, two learning arrangements that despite many paralleis should not be used synonymously. Furthermore it will be emphasized to which degree cooperation plays an important role in self-organized learning. Finally the self-organised learning concept according to Sembill will be presented that enables learners to achieve learning results not only on the cognitive level, but also on the motivational and emotional field that are superior to the results in the usual learning arrangements. Conclusions for educational policy will also be drawn.
Zusammenfassung in einer weiteren Sprache
Im vorliegenden Beitrag werden mit (1) Selbststeuerung und (2) Selbstorganisation zwei Konzeptionen diskutiert, die zwar große Gemeinsamkeiten aufweisen, aber dennoch nicht synonym zu verstehen sind. Zudem wird (3) herausgestellt, welche Bedeutung das kooperative Element insbesondere für das Selbstorganisierte Lernen spielt. Schließlich wird (4) mit der Konzeption des Selbstorganisierten Lernens nach Sembill eine Lehr-Lern-Konzeption skizziert, die Lernende befähigt, im Vergleich zur herkömmlichen Qualifizierung sowohl auf kognitiver als auch auf emotional-motivationaler Ebene überlegene Lernerfolge zu erzielen. Bildungs- und forschungspolitische Konsequenzen werden abgeleitet.
