Zusammenfassung

We have performed Monte Carlo simulations on diluted Ising antiferromagnets in the limit of high external magnetic fields B and strong dilution. The two relevant lines in the B-T plane of the phase diagram, Bc(T) above which antiferromagnetic long range order is no longer stable and Beq(T) which marks the onset of hysteretic effects are determined. The random exchange-random field crossover exponent is obtained. The scaling behavior of Beq(T) gives evidence for the occurence of a spin glass phase.
