dc.description.abstractMorphological annotations using ImageJ (ObjectJ-plugin) on sanning electron microspy (SEM) and coral fragment images of corals collected during the Tara Pacific Expedition: Pocillopora spp. and Porites spp. This publication contains all the images used for annotation and the respective ImageJ projects used for measurements.
