This dataset contains all the files that have been used to support and generate the results and conclusions in the manuscript titled “Inbreeding and demography interact to impact the recovery of a bottlenecked crested ibis population”. All the model scripts (coded in C++), analysis R script, simulation outcomes and empirical data related to this study are stored in this dataset for further scientific validation. The data are freely accessible to readers who are interested in this study. Please read the README.md file for more information.
