Zusammenfassung

Data and code for Perceptual Rationality contains two zip folders. The folder MATLAB codes contains the functions use for simulations and numerical solution of the rplicator dynamics. The functions are as follows:

  1. fmfPerceptiveSocial: Numerically solves the replicator dynamics for a binary social perceptual public goods games.

    fPGGMixedperceptiveSocial: Matlab function to simulate the evolutionary dynamics of a social perceptual public goods games in a well-mixed population. fPGGNetperceptiveSocial: Matlab function to simulate the evolutionary dynamics of a social perceptual public goods games in a structured population.

    fPGGMixedperceptiveSocialBinary: Matlab function to simulate the evolutionary dynamics of a binary social perceptual public goods games in a well-mixed population.

    fPGGMixedperceptiveSocialOnlycost: Matlab function to simulate the evolutionary dynamics of a social perceptual public goods games in a well-mixed population when only the perception of public good cost or benefit evolves.

    fPGGMixedperceptive: Matlab function to simulate the evolutionary dynamics of a simple perceptual public goods games in a well-mixed population. fPGGNetperceptive: Matlab function to simulate the evolutionary dynamics of a simple perceptual public goods games in a structured population.

Other functions in the folder contain functions which are used within the functions above (e.g., for calculating the Nash equilibrium). The folder also contains an example lattice neighborhood structure which can be used as input to the functions to simulate the dynamics on a structured population.
