Zusammenfassung

The present data was collected in spring 2023 as part of the Konstanz Life-Study. It contains survey data from 1,386 participants on their perception of actual and ideal carbon footprints for five wealth quintiles in Germany as well as their perception of their own carbon footprint. Results are published in the following article: https://doi.org/10.1038/s41467-025-61505-7
