Whithin this thesis a synthesis of Phenanthroviridone derivatives was successfully developed. Thereby, an intramolecular Cobalt catalyzed [2+2+2] cycloaddition of diyne-nitriles or diyne-cyanohydrins was used as the key step of the whole synthesis. Applying this elaborated synthesis several derivatives of the natural product Phenanthroviridone could successfully be synthesized. Cyclization to an Amphimedine derivative failed.

Im Rahmen dieser Dissertation wurde erfolgreich eine Synthese von Phenanthroviridon-Derivaten erarbeitet. Eine intramolekulare Cobalt-katalysierte [2+2+2]-Cycloaddtion von Diin-Nitrilen bzw. Diin-Cyanhydrinen diente dabei als Schlüsselschritt der Synthese. Mit Hilfe der entwickelten Synthese konnten erfolgreich mehrere Derivate des Naturstoffs Phenanthroviridon dargestellt werden. Die Cyclisierung zu einem Amphimedin-Derivat gelang bislang nicht.
