The field dependence of the Bloch oscillation frequency of the nonlinear interband polarization is shown to differ strongly from that of the intraband polarization. We find that the observed modulation of the intraband polarization results from the superposition of electronic continuum states. This implies that the intraband dephasing time of these continuum states is exceptionally long.</dcterms:abstract> <dcterms:bibliographicCitation>First publ. in: Physical Review B 51 (1995), 24, pp. 18015-18018</dcterms:bibliographicCitation> <dc:creator>Bakker, Huib J.</dc:creator> <dspace:isPartOfCollection rdf:resource="https://kops.uni-konstanz.de/rdf/resource/123456789/41"/> <dcterms:isPartOf rdf:resource="https://kops.uni-konstanz.de/rdf/resource/123456789/41"/> <dc:creator>Leisching, Patrick</dc:creator> <dc:date rdf:datatype="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema#dateTime">2011-03-24T14:54:52Z</dc:date> <dc:language>eng</dc:language> <dc:rights>terms-of-use</dc:rights> <dspace:hasBitstream rdf:resource="https://kops.uni-konstanz.de/bitstream/123456789/5316/1/Exceptionally_slow_dephasing_of_electronic_continuum_states_in_a_semiconductor.pdf"/> <dc:format>application/pdf</dc:format> <void:sparqlEndpoint rdf:resource="http://localhost/fuseki/dspace/sparql"/> <bibo:uri rdf:resource="http://kops.uni-konstanz.de/handle/123456789/5316"/> <dc:contributor>Leisching, Patrick</dc:contributor> <dcterms:rights rdf:resource="https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/2.0/legalcode"/> <dc:creator>Kurz, Heinrich</dc:creator> <dc:contributor>Kurz, Heinrich</dc:contributor> <foaf:homepage rdf:resource="http://localhost:8080/jspui"/> <dcterms:available rdf:datatype="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema#dateTime">2011-03-24T14:54:52Z</dcterms:available> <dcterms:title>Exceptionally slow dephasing of electronic continuum states in a semiconductor</dcterms:title> <dc:contributor>Köhler, Klaus</dc:contributor> <dc:creator>Dekorsy, Thomas</dc:creator> <dc:creator>Köhler, Klaus</dc:creator> <dcterms:issued>1995</dcterms:issued> <dcterms:hasPart rdf:resource="https://kops.uni-konstanz.de/bitstream/123456789/5316/1/Exceptionally_slow_dephasing_of_electronic_continuum_states_in_a_semiconductor.pdf"/> <dc:contributor>Dekorsy, Thomas</dc:contributor> <dc:contributor>Bakker, Huib J.</dc:contributor> </rdf:Description> </rdf:RDF>
