The optical constants for these nanostructured materials are directly associated with their crystallinity. Controlling the crystallinity of these metamaterials in a fast manner has presented a new challenge. Here we show a laser annealing with a pulsed Nd:YAG laser (λ = 532 nm, FWHM 15 ns) to rapidly change the crystallinity of the metallic nanorods. The small column X-Ray diffraction characterization shows that not only the crystallinity of the metallic nanorods is changed, but also that evaporation of the metal occurs with laser annealing.</dcterms:abstract> <dc:contributor>Nemitz, Clayton</dc:contributor> <void:sparqlEndpoint rdf:resource="http://localhost/fuseki/dspace/sparql"/> <dcterms:isPartOf rdf:resource=""/> <bibo:uri rdf:resource=""/> <dc:creator>Kemmer, Tobias</dc:creator> <dc:contributor>Schmidt-Mende, Lukas</dc:contributor> <dc:creator>Wang, Yongtian</dc:creator> <dc:contributor>Boneberg, Johannes</dc:contributor> <dc:creator>Boneberg, Johannes</dc:creator> <dc:contributor>Graus, Philipp</dc:contributor> <dc:contributor>Kemmer, Tobias</dc:contributor> <dc:creator>Nemitz, Clayton</dc:creator> <dc:creator>Liu, Juan</dc:creator> <dc:creator>Schmidt-Mende, Lukas</dc:creator> <dc:date rdf:datatype="">2019-01-14T10:50:31Z</dc:date> <dc:contributor>Feng, Yuyi</dc:contributor> <dc:language>eng</dc:language> <foaf:homepage rdf:resource="http://localhost:8080/jspui"/> <dc:creator>Feng, Yuyi</dc:creator> <dc:creator>Leiderer, Paul</dc:creator> <dc:contributor>Leiderer, Paul</dc:contributor> <dc:contributor>Huang, Lingling</dc:contributor> <dspace:isPartOfCollection rdf:resource=""/> <dcterms:available rdf:datatype="">2019-01-14T10:50:31Z</dcterms:available> <dc:contributor>Wang, Yongtian</dc:contributor> <dcterms:issued>2018-11-10</dcterms:issued> <dc:contributor>Liu, Juan</dc:contributor> <dc:creator>Graus, Philipp</dc:creator> </rdf:Description> </rdf:RDF>
