It captures the features which are present in first-principles calculations but not explained by the theory of Xiao et al. [Phys Rev Lett 108, 196802 (2012)], namely the trigonal warping of the valence and conduction bands, the electron-hole symmetry breaking, and the spin-splitting of the conduction band. We also consider other points in the Brillouin zone which might be important for transport properties. Our findings lead to a more quantitative understanding of the properties of this material in the ballistic limit.</dcterms:abstract> <dc:contributor>Burkard, Guido</dc:contributor> <dc:date rdf:datatype="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema#dateTime">2013-11-04T14:54:25Z</dc:date> <dcterms:available rdf:datatype="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema#dateTime">2013-11-04T14:54:25Z</dcterms:available> <dcterms:issued>2013</dcterms:issued> <dc:creator>Drummond, Neil D.</dc:creator> <bibo:uri rdf:resource="http://kops.uni-konstanz.de/handle/123456789/24789"/> <dc:contributor>Zólyomi, Viktor</dc:contributor> <dc:contributor>Fal'ko, Vladimir I.</dc:contributor> <void:sparqlEndpoint rdf:resource="http://localhost/fuseki/dspace/sparql"/> <dc:creator>Fal'ko, Vladimir I.</dc:creator> <dcterms:isPartOf rdf:resource="https://kops.uni-konstanz.de/rdf/resource/123456789/41"/> <foaf:homepage rdf:resource="http://localhost:8080/jspui"/> <dc:creator>Zólyomi, Viktor</dc:creator> <dc:creator>Burkard, Guido</dc:creator> <dc:rights>terms-of-use</dc:rights> <dspace:isPartOfCollection rdf:resource="https://kops.uni-konstanz.de/rdf/resource/123456789/41"/> <dc:language>eng</dc:language> <dc:contributor>Rakyta, Péter</dc:contributor> <dc:contributor>Drummond, Neil D.</dc:contributor> </rdf:Description> </rdf:RDF>
